Fees, Payment and Refund

As consideration for the products and/or services purchased by You and provided to You by Webxen, You agree to pay Webxen at the time You order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted, even if Your services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the term of service. Webxen expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its website. You may receive a refund within the initial 30 days after sign up if you cancel a shared web hosting or reseller hosting account. If the account holder cancels after the time period specified, there will be no refund given.


Refunds do NOT apply to

  1. Dedicated IP addresses
  2. SSL certificates
  3. WHMCS, Blesta and cPanel
  4. VPS/dedicated server
  5. Domain Registration and related fees
  6. Special Web Hosting Packages (Single, Double, Special1 and Special2).
  7. Donations (Paid for FREE Lifetime Web Hosting).

Notice about FREE Lifetime Web Hosting Offer: As this offer describes, Webxen shall provide Free Lifetime Web Hosting to the Customer who paid one time donation of $50. We operate on Going Concern and Lifetime here means the life of the company (Webxen). If Webxen is unable to provide the web hosting for 10 years, Webxen shall pay the refund according to $3.5 per (whole) year (which are remaining from 10 years). After 10 years of service there will be no liability on Webxen, but Free Web Hosting customer will still be able to use their hosting accounts as long as the company life.


Important: If the client cancels within the first 30 days and has registered new domain names with us during this time period, Webxen will charge the client a one time fee of $10 per domain name before the refund. Alternatively the domain name can be transferred out to the clients property at a cost of $25 per one domain transfer. These terms are in place to prevent abuse of our free domain name(s) service.
